What data we process
To manage a calendar we process company and account data. For recipients we process the name, and when the sender provides them, the email address and company name. We use these to send the personal link and to keep track, per person, of which doors were opened.
Invitations and links
Every recipient opens the calendar with their own personal link; no account is needed. Anyone who does not want the daily email reminder can unsubscribe with one click.
Analytics
With personal links the sender sees how many doors each recipient opened. With an open link for everyone (Enterprise) opens are counted anonymously.
Processors
We use Supabase for the database, Stripe for payments and Resend for email. We put data processing agreements in place with these processors.
