Is this a monthly subscription?
No. You pay once per calendar/campaign. No monthly SaaS fees.
Can we use this for employees?
Yes. The Employees template and challenges are made exactly for this.
Can we use this for customers?
Yes. With the Customers template you share tips, downloads, discounts and messages.
Can we use our own branding?
Yes. Logo, colors and welcome message are fully customizable.
Can we add our own gifts?
Yes. You edit each of the 24 doors with your own content and gift types.
Can you create the content for us?
Yes. With a content pack or the Custom Company Pack we create the content for you.
What happens with recipient data?
We only use name, email address and company to send the calendar and to track, per person, what was opened. See our privacy policy.
Do recipients need an account?
No. Every recipient gets their own personal link and opens the calendar without logging in. What someone opens is saved for them.
How do recipients get their link?
You add your recipients to the list, one by one or as a file. Then we send the invitations by email, or you download the personal links and send them yourself.
What if we want a calendar for employees and for customers?
Then you buy two calendars. Each package is one calendar with its own recipient list, branding and content.
Can agencies use this for multiple clients?
Yes. The agency model and dashboard support multiple client calendars.
How do we pay?
Online by iDEAL or card. You receive an invoice with VAT straight away. Based in another EU country with a VAT number? Then the VAT is reverse-charged.
Can we launch before December?
Yes. You set up the calendar in advance; doors unlock from December 1.
Ready for December?
Build your calendar and check it in a preview. You only pay when you publish, once per calendar.
